Controversy Fails To Save Barabar Premistha

ETV Prabhakar is well known in Telugu TV and film circles and has earned a good name through his work. His son, Attitude Star Chandrahas made his debut last year but faced heavy trolling.

Before the release of his recent film Barabar Premistha, Chandrahas landed in controversy for using vulgar words during promotions. He refused to apologize and several cases were filed against him.

Many expected this controversy to help the film but Barabar Premistha opened to negative reviews and very poor collections. Shows were cancelled in many parts of AP and Telangana due to low audience turnout.

This is Chandrahas’s second setback after Ramnagar Bunny failed last year. Despite ETV Prabhakar’s promotions, the film did not succeed. Other new releases, including Gunasekhar’s Euphoria, also received poor response.
